Philodendron
Philodendron's are very well loved for their glorious variety of leaf shapes and colours. They look amazing in any indoor position, or outside in the garden, you can't look past these beauty's! they can be grown hydroponically and are often found in homes around Australia living in a glass bottle or vase of water. This Philodendron is a terrestrial vine (Creeping) and likes to grow on a support (tree or as a pot plant, a totem pole) or you can do the opposite and have it trailing down out of the pot. This philodendron has velvety, heart shaped leaves with pale to white veins.

Loamy, Well draining
Water Requirements
Water regularly, more in Summer, Less in Winter. Spray leaves with water to replicate humidity.
Full Size
The Philodendron Gloriosum can climb trees of great height.
Temperature
Philodendrons grow well in all parts of Australia as long as it's inside the home, if growing outside it may not tolerate frosts and extreme cold weather.
